• Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

3. Product Specifications & Custom Orders

​

• Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display our products, including custom apparel, t-shirts, hoodies, and 3D filament prints, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.

• 3D Printed Items: Our 3D printing division, MMM Prints, manufactures products using FDM filament printing technology only. We do not manufacture or sell resin-printed items. Please note that filament-printed items naturally possess visible layer lines and minor surface variations characteristic of the FDM process.

• Smart Apparel (TapTee): Our TapTee apparel incorporates passive NFC technology. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their smartphone device is compatible with NFC scanning. Mini Monster Merch Ltd does not host, manage, or control the external landing pages or phone data linked to the tag unless explicitly specified as part of a setup service.

4. Ordering, Pricing, & Payments

• All orders placed through our website or connected platforms (including custom commissions) are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment through our designated secure online payment gateways.

5. Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds

• Standard Products: For non-customised items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition at the buyer's expense.

• Custom & Personalised Goods: Due to the bespoke nature of custom t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, keyrings, magnets, tumblers, and custom 3D prints, these items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

• Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect (including a malfunctioning NFC tag on a TapTee garment), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

• General Liability: Mini Monster Merch Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our website or products.

• Safety & Emergency Products: While our TapTee clothing line is designed to assist in displaying emergency contact details via NFC technology, it is sold as a supplementary convenience aid only. It is not a replacement for active parental supervision, a legal identification document, or a guaranteed tracking device. Mini Monster Merch Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or separation that occurs while a child is wearing our apparel.
