All items are made to order. This means we do not accept returns or offer refunds due to:

• Customer error (e.g. incorrect size, colour, or design choice)

• Change of mind

Please double-check your order details before finalising your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order, we will happily replace it or issue a full refund. To qualify:

• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

• Provide clear photos showing the issue

• Include your order number and contact details

Once verified, we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund promptly.
